What Meditation Is Not

Meditation is not about forcing the mind.

It is a natural and easy technique that can be practiced while sitting comfortably in a chair. It settles the mind and provides deep rest and rejuvenation immediately.

The practice is not specific to any religion and does not influence or interfere with your beliefs.

Just like yoga, it can be practiced by people of all cultures, races, faiths, backgrounds or age.
