The intention of this program is to make the technique simple for high-schoolers to grasp so they can establish an enjoyable self-sustaining meditation practice.

Contrary to popular belief, meditation is easy, as long as you learn the right technique in a structured manner. Meditation doesn't require any special postures or props. It can be done sitting comfortably on a chair, couch, floor, car, bus, train, or airplane. Anytime. Anywhere.

Adopting a meditation practice brings amazing benefits. But it can be even more powerful when you also address issues that may be affecting you. In the mentoring part of the program, Yuri gives you great insight to navigate the challenges you’re facing.
